Please respond to the following brief pre-screening questionnaire based on the Maryland Residential Lease Application. The Pre-Screening Survey is the initial stage of the process and will determine if you meet the minimal criteria by the property owner. The listing agent and J&K Properties and Management staff will review the information and prevent disclosure to third-party vendors, unless you grant consent. After you have completed the survey, a member of our team will touch bases to discuss the next steps in the process.

After screening, We will contact you to set an appointment to see the property in person.

The lease application materials you need to submit your application will be on the portal. You will need to submit all required documents and we cannot process incomplete applications.
