Tenant Move In Inspection

Your leasing agent will coordinate the move in with the tenant. A walk-through with the tenant at move in will be done to document the condition of the property and to create a record that is placed on file.

Tenant Move Out Inspection

At the end of the lease, one of our qualified property managers will do a detailed walkthrough report with pictures loaded to your owner portal. We use this walkthrough to close out the tenant’s deposit and charge them for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
