It is critical to make the right decision when selecting renters for your rental property. We use a Background Screening process which includes credit, income, criminal, rental history and more to ensure the best tenant placement in your property.

weekly updates and advice from your assigned Leasing Specialist along with real-time access to Marketing, Leasing, Showing & Application activity from your online Owner Dashboard.
Your leasing agent will coordinate the move in with the tenant. A walk-through with the tenant at move in will be done to document the condition of the property and to create a record that is placed on file.
At the end of the lease, one of our qualified property managers will do a detailed walkthrough report with pictures loaded to your owner portal. We use this walkthrough to close out the tenant’s deposit and charge them for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
If a renter is placed by us who has to be evicted, we will manage the eviction FREE of charge.
Should you be dissatisfied with our services. Your management contract can be cancelled at any time. There are no fines!
We promise that the renter will remain in the rental unit for at least six months, or we’ll forego our portion of the commission to find you a new tenant.
Just pay us once you’ve seen results. You don’t pay us a penny until the rent on your property is received.
