Electronic checks drawn from a checking account are accepted from tenants. For your online security, this choice makes use of the most recent security measures.
For Bank Deposits, contact our office and we will provide you with customized PNC Deposit Slips, just acquire a cashier’s check or money order and drop off at any PNC Bank location.
Please sign into your tenant portal and choose credit card payment if you like to make a payment by credit card. By using a credit card, a convenience fee is charged. The convenience fee will be shown to you both when the payment amount is entered and once more just before you send the payment.
Per the terms of your lease agreement our office does not accept mail payments.
